What to Expect

When you book a repair with Fine Tuned Solutions, you are securing dedicated bench time. Upon arrival at our Richmond Estate workshop, we perform an initial visual inspection and discuss the symptoms or improvements you're looking for. We pride ourselves on transparent communication; if we find additional issues during the deep-dive diagnostic, you will be notified immediately with an updated estimate before any further work proceeds.

Our typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days for standard setups and minor electronic repairs. For complex restorations, such as vintage amplifier recapping or structural wood repairs, timelines are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of period-correct parts and the curing times required for high-grade adhesives.

Bench Readiness Guide

To ensure we can provide the fastest and most accurate service, please consider the following when bringing in your gear:

• — Guitars: If you have a specific brand/gauge of strings you prefer, feel free to bring a set along. Otherwise, we stock premium options.
• — Amplifiers: Please include any specialized footswitches or unique power cables required for operation.
• — Pro Audio: Bringing along a brief written history of the fault (when it happens, intermittent vs constant) helps us trace the signal path faster.
• — Protection: We highly recommend bringing your gear in a hard case or gig bag for safe storage while it awaits its turn on the bench.
